Torino Parkway is a located in the beautiful north western section of Port Saint Lucie Florida. I live and work in this area and me and my wife have chosen to raise our family here in the Torino neighborhood. To my family Torino feels like a cozy community within a community.  I know the streets, the corners, the cul de sacs. In fact, the only thing I know better are homes. Many real estate agents will say they love the neighborhood, but not many can say they actually live in it.

Torino Parkway also known as just "Torino" by the locals in my Neighborhood. This is a very desirable location in northern Port St Lucie because it has close access to I-95, it's just north of St Lucie West and we are within all of the amenities that you desire such as grocery stores, restaurants, parks, ballparks, fishing ponds, movie theater, bowling, fun center, entertainment and so much more!
This area offers unique living accommodations in Port Saint Lucie. You will notice that most of the homes in our area are newer CBS models and are typically larger in square footage than other areas of our city. Although the majority of the home sites are the typical sized lot sizes they feel larger because you have more space to roam because of all of the green belt buffer zones, ponds, canals, numerous cul-de-sac's and empty lots. Following the main parkway that encircles the neighborhoods you will see the area the was developed with large greenbelt sections, great fishing ponds, canals, large pine trees and wildlife protected sections. You have your choice to live within a community, gated community or outside of the home owners association, Both are great choices!

Typically in the evenings you will find the local family's enjoying a barbecue together or a quiet walks around the blocks and cul-de-sac's. Because of the green belts and ponds this area is full of beautiful birds, you will just love the Sand hill Cranes! You are going to love Torino.
